We are pleased to announce that the regular Winter/Spring 2018 issue (Vol. 24 No. 81) has been published.

Sead Turčalo and Ado Kulović are dealing with the digital representation of space, Stefan Andonovski analyses the implications of the Ohrid Framework Agreement on the development of the political system in Macedonia, Gazmend Qorraj and Gezim Jusufi are observing the role of the European Union (EU) trade liberalisation with the Western Balkans, Nikolina Katić, Matea Bašić, and Morana Briški examine the Right of Access to Supreme Courts in Light of the Guarantees under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Tanel Kerikmäe, Thomas Hoffmann, and Archil Chochia attempt to explain the aims and levels of development of different legal technologies, and Talknice Saungweme and Nicholas M. Odhiambo discuss the dynamics of public debt servicing in Zambia.
